1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using auditize ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
auditize provides AI-powered smart contract security analysis. Our service uses large language models to identify potential vulnerabilities in Solidity smart contracts. The reports generated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal security certification or guarantee.
3. No Warranty
The AI audit reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. auditize does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected. We strongly recommend combining AI audits with manual expert review for high-value contracts before mainnet deployment.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Credits and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits purchased as one-time packs never expire. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to audit contracts intended to defraud users, to circumvent security controls, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by auditize and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your smart contract code remains your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall auditize be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any security breach that occurs despite our recommendations.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
