We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you sign up, your name, and the smart contract code you submit for auditing. We also collect usage data such as audit history, credits used, and API key activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send you audit reports and notifications, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Smart Contract Data
The Solidity code you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We store your contract code and audit results in our database to display your audit history. You can delete your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your browsing data. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your password is hashed using SHA-256. We use HTTPS for all connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit reports are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@auditize.xyz.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic's Claude for AI analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum necessary data with these providers.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@auditize.xyz.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
